The Signs as 2am Feelings

Aries:   That feeling when you’re so frustrated at everything. You’re angry at all things, not just one. You have a ton of pent up energy and feelings, and you’re about to explode into stars up in the sky. You probably eat a lot, maybe you cry, scream, yell, call your ex, etc. No matter how you show it, your draining yourself of all of these things that you’ve kept bottled up for so long, and it feels hot. Your eyes burn alongside your throat, your skin feels different, and you get a ringing in your ears.

Taurus:   This is the calm phase. You put in earbuds to a soothing song, grab a snack, get on your laptop and chill until 4am. You’re not tired, just relaxed. You’ll probably eventually decide to sleep and just take your headphones out and do so. This feeling is just so peaceful and serene. You don’t worry or think to much. You’re just comfy and content. Not a single muscle in your body is tense, and you feel very balanced.

Cancer:   The dreaded morning overthinking. You reevaluate your life and dissect your past week and can’t sleep because of it. It’s that wrenching inside of you that pulls you back to the subject every two minutes. You cry, you choke, you try to change it all with your head.

Gemini:   Hyper. We’ve all been there. We should probably be asleep but we’re too tired to even sit down, let alone drift off to dreamland. You have a buzz, and a strong energy, but it’s bound to crash soon.

Leo:   This is the constant-check. You check every website you use for updates, and when you’re done, you do it again. And again. And again. Pretty soon your rounds get faster and you have nothing left to check; then you get annoyed that you have to notifications left. This one can be extremely unnerving. It feels like your mind is racing, and your heart is getting increasingly tight as you feel unpopular and unwanted.

Virgo:   Fangirl time! You look of picture of cute people, imagine talking to them, write a romance in your head. You read fanfiction, draw your favorite characters, listen to your favorite band. You get that lifted heart and butterflies in your stomach with stars in your eyes… over a picture. You feel your throat and ribs tighten like you just saw the person of your dreams.

Libra:   Lifestyle morning. You think of all of the ways to DIY your room (that you’ll never do), you reorganize your closet, do some online window-shopping, look at nail polish, and act like you live in beverly hills. You feel like you lit your life on fire and you’ve charred yourself to the picture of youtube stardom. You have the energy that it takes to go complete your goals, and your mind feels stronger and faster-working than usual.

Scorpio:   This is “do something stupid” time. You feel a rush, and you’ll do the first you think of as long as it’s the last thing you should be doing. The adrenaline makes it possible, and it sure makes a great story later as long as the cops don’t find out. You feel exhilarated and enabled, a bzz covers you in pins and needles or shivers, and your eyes feel cold. You burst into whatever it is you want.

Sagittarius:   Ideas are having a field day in your head. Song-lyrics, money-makers, anything that you yearn to figure out. You feel a rush of energy in your brain, like everything finally clicked. 

Capricorn:   Time to be supa productive! You feel a race of important power and planning ability- your life is in your hands. Time to plan your entire future…

Aquarius:   Have you ever been so tired that you laugh at everything? You even make horrible jokes. Your eyelids are heavy and there is a haze in you head, but you feel great at the same time. THAT is an Aqua feeling.

Pisces:   Wishful thinking fills the hours- you daydream about everything that you want and everything that could be. It feels like you are untouchable; on cloud line. It enters your lungs, heart, and stomach and leaves gradually.
